Power Skating run by Liz Egetoe.

Here is what you can expect from Power Skating:

Who is Power Skating for?

• Players looking to better their skills in the off season

• MUST be able to perform forward/backward crossovers

• MUST have backward balance

What to wear/bring:

• Full gear — whatever you would wear in a game situation

• Water

• Protein bar for after class

What should be expected?

• Skills will be broken up over each session with focuses on SKILLS, DRILLS & POWER

• Each class will emphasize edge work with and without your hockey stick

• Develop full range of motion from proper blade usage

• Understand how upper body alignment can maximize transitional quickness

• Enhance performance through resistance training

• Create explosive power

AGES

Group #1 - Birth Years- 2015, 2014, 2013

Group #2 - Birth Years 2012 & Older
